We are looking for Mining Engineers to join our staff and work from offices in prime locations situated within our West Perth and our newly opened Vancouver branch. You must have a Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering with at least 5 years of production experience in different mining environments. A high level of computer literacy is required and previous experience using GMP's such as Surpac, Whittle, Datamine, XPAC, etc. will enhance your chances of joining our team. LQS will provide training and support, both on the job and externally, to allow you to build on your current mining experience and further develop the new skills-sets you will need to become a world leading consultant. You will initially be responsible for general mining engineering consulting work, including optimisation, design, scheduling, costing and reporting. LQS will provide training and support, both on the job and externally, to allow you to build on your current mining experience and further develop the new skills-sets you will need to become a world leading consultant. You will initially be responsible for general resource consulting work, including validations and estimates, ore body modelling, resource statements and technical support. Should you meet the above criteria, an extremely attractive remuneration package is provided consisting of an industry leading entry-level salary of $140,000 plus added superannuation, profit share payments and employee share schemas.
