the mining sector. Our lecturers have been selected
from world renowned universities. Most are from the

Economic Evaluation and Investment Decision Methods

Participants Profile:
Organized for managers, engineers, geologists, land men,
scientists, accountants and others concerned with evaluating
investments; this course relates to the economic analysis of
income and service producing investments using discounted cash
flow analysis techniques to optimize the economic value from
development and operation of mining, petroleum and non-natural
resource production and processing operations. The 5-day course
addresses both before-tax and after-tax analysis considerations.

Strategic Mine Planning

Participants Profile:
The course is oriented for managers, engineers, geologists and any
persons involved in the mine planning process. This course relates
all the mining process starting from deposit modeling using
geostatistics, ultimate pit design, phase designees, plan
scheduling, cutoff grades, equipment selections and economic
evaluations. The Course considers 5 days to cover all topics.
